Complaint received

We will review it within 48 hours. Businesses that repeatedly fail to honour their discounts are removed from the platform.

Our enforcement policy: First complaint → warning to the business. Second complaint within 90 days → manual review. Third or unresolved → removal from the parloh directory. We take this seriously. Your report directly affects which businesses stay in the network.
